For accurate ride recording, ensure that RIDR has the location permissions shown when you start a ride and that location services are enabled on your device.
Maps and location
RIDR uses location to provide ride-recording and map-based features.
For help with maps or location:
- Confirm that location services are enabled.
- Confirm that RIDR has the required location permission.
- Check that your device has an active internet connection.
- Reopen RIDR and start the ride again.
- Include your device model, operating-system version and RIDR app version when contacting support.
Location information is handled according to the RIDR Privacy Policy.
Ride history and statistics
Support can assist with questions concerning:
- Saved rides and ride history
- Route display
- Distance, duration, speed and average speed
- Ride photographs
- Ride visibility
- Shared rides
Include the approximate date and time of the affected ride so it can be identified more easily.
Profiles and rider features
Where these features are available, RIDR Support can help with:

- Reporting or blocking another user
Report a safety concern
Use RIDR's in-app reporting or feedback option to report a profile, user, ride, image, communication or other activity that may violate RIDR's standards. Child-safety concerns can also be sent directly by email.
RIDR maintains separate Child Safety Standards. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service or law-enforcement authority.
Privacy requests
Questions about personal information, location information, data access or data deletion can be sent to:

Account deletion
You can request deletion of your RIDR account and associated data through the RIDR app at Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account.
If you cannot access the app, email the request from the email address connected to your RIDR account. Use the subject RIDR Account Deletion Request.
Include:
- The name shown on the account
- The registered email address
- A clear request to delete the account
- Any additional information reasonably required to identify the account
Do not include your password or one-time password. RIDR may verify account ownership before completing the request. Account information will be deleted or de-identified according to the retention terms in the Privacy Policy.
Information to include in a support request
Providing the following information helps RIDR understand the request:
- A short description of what happened and the feature you were using
- Your device model and Android or iOS version
- RIDR app version
- Approximate date and time
- Whether the issue occurs repeatedly
- A screenshot, where useful
- The relevant ride reference, where available
Remove unrelated personal or sensitive information before attaching a screenshot. Never send your password, one-time password, authentication code or payment credentials to RIDR Support.
